Quality assurance

We maintain strict quality standards at every stage to ensure the highest quality products reach our customers. Six checks sit between the farm and your port, and every one of them is recorded against a batch code.

1

Raw Material Inspection

Every incoming lot is checked for grade, moisture and foreign matter before it enters the line.

2

Hygienic Processing

Washing, slicing and drying run in a controlled, food-grade environment.

3

Metal Detection

Each batch passes a calibrated metal detector before packing.

4

Microbiological Testing

Lab testing for total plate count, yeast, mould, salmonella and E. coli.

5

Batch Traceability

Lot codes tie every shipment back to its farm, processing date and test report.

6

Export Standard Packaging

Food-grade liners, sealed cartons or bags, and labelling to your market's rules.
